As a newlywed, I know the experience of registering for my wedding all too well. Don’t get me wrong – I loved the idea of getting new household items; however, it was actually overwhelming. When we first began registering, I think I went a little overboard and registered for things I didn’t actually need…who needs five crystal vases?!
The wedding came and went, the thank you notes went out, and we started living our life as husband & wife. Looking back, I wish I would have more thoughtfully (and practically) registered.
You may not need to register for new pots & pans or a decent vacuum, but there is always one item that can be updated or purchased: QUALITY LUGGAGE! We received DELSEY CHATELET
suitcases, and not only are they beautiful, but they are durable, too.
Our first trip with our DELSEY CHATELET
bags was our weeklong honeymoon in Saint Lucia. If you’ve ever had your luggage break on a trip you know it’s rather unpleasant. However, traveling with our new luggage made the whole travel experience worry-free. The 5-star features like the patent pending Stop-and-Go brake system, zip SECURITECH zippers, and soft touch lining was a major upgrade from what we were using pre-wedding!
If you’re stumped on what to give as a wedding gift or what to mark as “important” on your own wedding registry, I’d highly recommend quality luggage. Whether the couple getting married loves to travel with passport in hand or just a road trip to the next town over, a durable suitcase never goes out of style. Remember, travel is the only thing you can buy that will make your life rich; just make sure you have a good suitcase to accompany you!
